Title:
Multi-Channel Seismic Shot Data from the Central America subduction zone acquired during R/V Maurice Ewing expedition EW0104 (2001)
Abstract:
This data set was acquired with the LDEO Multi-Channel Seismic system of the R/V Maurice Ewing during expedition EW0104 conducted in 2001 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Andrew Fisher). These data files are of SEGY format and include Multi-Channel Reflection Seismic shot data that have not been processed. Data were acquired as part of the project: TicoFlux I: The Thermal State of 20-25 Ma Lithosphere Subducting at the Costa Rica Margin, Implications for Hydrogeology, Fluxes, and the Seismogenic Zone, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE00-01892, OCE00-01941, OCE00-01944, and OCE00-02031. These data are cited by Underwood, 2007, Silver et al., 2004, Fisher et al., 2003, Hutnak, 2007, and Hutnak et al., 2007.
