Abstract:

This data set was acquired with the towed HMRG MR1 Sidescan Sonar during Melville expedition COOK06MV conducted in 2001 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Patricia Fryer). These data files are of NetCDF Grid format and include gridded Phase Bathymetry data that were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Subduction Factory Studies in the Southern Mariana Convergent Margin, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE99-07063. This data was cited by Becker et al., 2010 and Fryer et al., 2003.
