Abstract:

This data set was acquired with a towed WHOI DSL-120A Sidescan Sonar on DSL-120A during Atlantis expedition AT15-17 conducted in 2007 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Emily Klein; Investigator(s): Dr. S. Adam Soule). These data files are of NetCDF Grid format and include gridded Sidescan data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Anatomy of an Overlapping Spreading Center; Geochemical and Geological Study of the EPR 9deg03minN OSC and Medusa 2007, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE05-25872, OCE05-25894, OCE05-26120, OCE05-27053, OCE05-27075, and OCE06-39601.
