Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a towed WHOI DSL-120 Sidescan Sonar on DSL-120 during Knorr expedition KN145-19 conducted in 1996 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Daniel Fornari; Investigator(s): Dr. Daniel Scheirer, Dr. Daniel Fornari, and Dr. Susan Humphris). These data files are of NetCDF Grid format and include gridded Sidescan data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): MosaicViewer, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): MOMARNet and OCE95-05579. This data was cited by Scheirer et al., 2000.
