Unprocessed Swath Bathymetry and Acoustic Backscatter Data from Fire Island Inlet acquired in 2013
This data set was acquired in Fire Island Inlet with Kongsberg Maritime EM3000D Multibeam Sonar System in 2013 aboard the RV Pritchard (Chief Scientist: Dr. Roger Flood). These data files are of MBSystem-compatible format and include Acoustic Backscatter and Swath Bathymetry data that have not been processed. Data were acquired in both April 2013 and October 2013, and were acquired as part of the project: Rapid Grant: Collaborative Investigations of the Impact of Superstorm Sandy on the South Shore of Long Island. Funding was provided by NSF award(s): OCE13-22746.
