Ship-based Trackline Geophysical Data (MGD77) from the Antarctic Peninsula acquired during the Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP1002 (2010)
This data set was acquired with a ship-based Gravimeter and Subbottom Profiler during Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP1002 conducted in 2010 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Jose Torres). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Bathymetry, Gravity (Field and Free Air Anomaly) data that were processed during the cruise. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Collaborative research: Possible climate−induced change in the distribution of Pleuragramma antarcticum on the Western Antarctic Peninsula shelf., WAP−flux: New Tools to Study the Fate of Phytoplankton Production in the West Antarctic Peninsula, and Reconciling the marine and terrestrial records of glaciation of the South Shetland Islands, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT07-41348
